At Wild Poppy you are offered a safe space to discover who you are, what you need, and how you can transform your lives by asking questions that provoke self-reflection and insight.

We empower people to become an expert on themselves by incorporating small shifts to create the life of their dreams. This is done by helping clients discover and overcome areas that may be causing roadblocks in the journey to reach their goals.

 

Utilizing a bio-individual approach designed to meet each clients needs, not one program is designed the same. One-on-one virtual coaching is used to work with clients talking through weekly goals, roadblocks and wins.

In addition to one on one coaching, we offer muscle testing modalities both in person and video call. This type of modality helps identify areas of stress in the body. Muscle strength testing is used to communicate with the body’s own innate intelligence to evaluate the body’s response to a broad variety of substances that may be affecting health and function.
